UNDER OVER THINKING LLC ("we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes My Pride Watchface (the "App") on the Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.
1. No Data Collection by the App
My Pride Watchface is a watchface for Wear OS. It displays the time, date, and related decorative elements directly on your device. The App itself:
- Does not collect any personal information.
- Does not access your contacts, location, microphone, camera, or any other sensitive device data.
- Does not transmit any data to us or to any third party.
- Does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
- Does not require an account, login, or internet connection to function.
All watchface rendering happens locally on your device. We have no server that the App communicates with, and we do not receive any information about how, when, or where you use the App.
2. Information Collected by the Google Play Store
Because the App is distributed through the Google Play Store, Google may collect certain information in the ordinary course of operating the store and your device (for example, installation data, device identifiers, and crash diagnostics reported through Google Play services). This collection is performed by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to this information and it is entirely outside our control.
3. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.
4. Changes to This Policy
If our data practices ever change — for example, if a future update adds an optional feature that transmits data — we will update this policy and revise the Effective Date above before that feature is released.

By downloading, installing, or using My Pride Watchface ("the App"), provided by UNDER OVER THINKING LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.
2. Description of Service
My Pride Watchface is a decorative watchface for Wear OS devices that displays the time, date, and pride-themed visual styling. It provides no functionality beyond this display purpose. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App, or any feature of it, at any time without notice.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for its intended purpose, subject to compliance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER OVER THINKING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, BATTERY LIFE, OR DEVICE FUNCTIONALITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
7. Third-Party Platforms
The App is distributed via the Google Play Store, which has its own terms and policies governing your purchase, installation, and use of apps on your device. Nothing in these Terms limits or overrides those third-party terms.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
